Gopi & Hari Parameswaran, young engineers setup Dynam Engineering Corporation. Dynam pioneers the development of educational kits and teaching aids in India and becomes the 1st Indian firm to do so.

1st to receive unanimous approvals for our educational kits from Central & State Governments

1966

1st to receive the Inventions Promotion Board Award for Dynam Electrikit.

1970

Developed the Dynam General Science Kit for use in Middle schools in Karnataka and supplied 4500 units Developed and produced PSSC type kits for USAID (United States Agency for International Development) for use in the Science Summer Institutes organised by the U.G.C

1969

First to export 2500 units of framework Molecular Models kits to the Ohio State University U.S.A.

1967-1968

1st to export educational kits to United States, West Indies, Philippines and Malaysia.

Developed and produced PSSC type kits for the United States Agency for International Development. For use in the Science Summer Institutes organised by the U.G.C

Received the 1st and 2nd National Awards for the best teaching aids for our Dynam Electrikit and Dynam Microscope.

Secured UNICEF order for Physics Class VI kits of a value of USD1.17 L & executed the same successfully.

Received the Certificate of Merit for outstanding export performance for the year 1973-74 from the Engineering Export Promotion Council, Govt. of India.

Working with teachers, developed a set of 26 Pre-Primary / Primary kits. These materials were exhibited in the DIDACTA FAIR 1977 held in April, in Hannover, West Germany.

Dynam cofounder Gopi Parameswaran sets up Dyanm offshoot HOPES Program Kits in California, USA HOPES Programs reaches children in the USA with Dynam kits and HOPES kits.

1993-2004

Seeing that kits are being bought by many schools and left untouched in libraries, Dynam creates Dynamic Science Services(DSS). DSS staff teaches science through practical use of kits in schools. SUPW classes are now known as Dynam classes in many schools

Dynam forms Dynam VSTC (Vocational Skill Trailing Centre) to work with differently abled children. Dynam VSTC focusses on enabling children with different mental abilities to become independent and acquire vocational skills that will help them support themselves.

Realising that innovation needs whole-brain stimulation, Dynamic Science Services(DSS) now morphes into Dynam Creativity Programmes (DCP) and takes Science, Skill & Creativity through kits to Schools for Children & Teachers and to industry through Dynam Creativity Workshops.
